This system is designed to allow customers to pay for services that have already been rendered by Roscoe Brown, Inc. As such, all transactions through this online system are final and nonrefundable.
If you have a discrepancy with your bill, call our offices to speak with a customer service representative before making any payments using our online system.

We reserve the right to change this privacy policy as we deem necessary or appropriate because of legal compliance requirements or changes in our business practices.
